Chapter 8: "War Zone," Breeze Harbor and Zephyr; Unfriendly meeting; Spyro Vs. Dr Shemp
*Ripto and Gnasty hear the news about Spyro*
Ripto: Ugh! He beat Crush again?!
Gnorc: Unfortunately, yes he did, sir.
Ripto: Grr! Now what do we do?!
Gnasty: Hmm, well we have already destroyed the 4 outside talismans of Autumn Plains, so as we head for indoors, I can summon another one of my own minions to defeat him. This time, I'm thinking of going for Dr. Shemp. Not only is he narcissistic, but he's also tough & fearless.
Ripto: Hmm, good idea. Let's do that.
Gnasty: On it! *Summons Dr. Shemp* Dr. Shemp, guard this castle! Do not let anyone in!
Dr. Shemp: Yes, master!
Ripto: And if you meet a pest named Spyro, give him a warning for me.
Dr. Shemp: Yes?
Ripto: Tell him and his friends that they had better go home and stop interfering, or else I will find their friends, the Professor and the goat-girl, and I will KILL THEM!
Dr. Shemp: Yes, sir!
Ripto: No mercy this time! I will make Spyro pay DEARLY for the humiliation he put me through the past few times I tried to take over! Even if it means turning the ones he cares for into piles of ash!
Gnasty: You said it, Ripto!
Ripto: Now let's go in the castle! Victory awaits us!
*They climb the stairs and go inside*
*Meanwhile, Spyro and friends were in Breeze Harbor, but unfortunately, they were in a war zone, as Breeze Harbor and Zephyr were fighting...again...*
Spyro: LOOK OUT!
*A bomb is heading for Sheila, but than Bentley tosses his club and knocks the bomb away*

Bentley: Anytime.
Sgt. Byrd: Careful, there's loads more bombs where that came from.
Spyro: We gotta find the Glass Anchor shards and get outta here before we get blown up!
*Hunter looks at the Breezebuilders tossing cannonballs at the Land Blubbers & the Land Blubbers throwing bombs back at them*
Hunter: I'll stay.
Spyro: WHA?
Hunter: There's gotta be some way to stop this pointless war. You guys go on and get the Breeze Harbor and Zephyr talisman shards. I'll stay and try to convence them to stop fighting.
Spyro: Ok, good luck.
*Spyro and the others went on through the war zone, while Hunter went to find the Zephyr army leader.*
Hunter: Excuse me, Mr. Leader Land Blubber sir? Can I speak with you?
Land Blubber leader: What business do you have?
Hunter: Listen. I need you to stop this useless fight! This is doing nothing but killing innocent people!
Land Blubber leader: I cannot do that.
Hunter: Why?!
Land Blubber leader: Because it has been this way for years. They are birds, and we are big slugs and bugs. They have been bullying and EATING us for years, and frankly, we are sick of it!
Hunter: Hmm, well if I can convence them to stop bullying and eatung you guys, and find something else for then to eat, will you stop then?
Land Blubber leader: Hmm, you think you can do that?
Hunter: I can try.
Land Blubber leader: Ok. I will give you 3 days to convene the leader of the Breezebuilders to change his colonies diet and leave us alone. He is currently attacking our homeland. If you can convene him to do so, we will perhaps come up with a peace treaty.
Hunter: Deal. I'll head over to Zephyr right now! *Runs for the portal*
*Meanwhile, Spyro and his friends were almost out of the war range*
*They than ran across a breezebuilder who was holding shards in his hand*
Breezebuilder: Listen, everyone, Ripto and Gnasty are the TRUE enemies! Not Zephyr! If we unite as one with Zephyr, we can defeat them!
Spyro: I don't think anyone is listening.
Breezebuilder: Yeah. it's no use. Go ahead and take the shards...
*Spyro fixes it*
Spyro: Don't worry. Hunter is now working on trying to get both sides to make peace.
Breezebuilder: Really?! Tell him I said thank you!
Spyro: I will.
Agent 9: Let's go. We still gotta get the Zephyr talisman fixed!
*They go back to Autumn Plains. Once there, they took the portal to Zephyr*
*Meanwhile, not too long after they entered Zephyr, Elora was watching the stairs and saw Dr. Shemp*

*Suddenly, Ember apeared behind her*

Ember: Don't get any bright ideas, lady. Spyro is MY BOYFRIEND! He's supposed to be MY future husband! So keep your hands OFF him!
Elora: Did I say anything about him being my boyfriend? I don't recall ever saying that to you.
Ember: HE'S MINE! YA HEAR ME?! MINE, MINE, MINE, MINE, MINE!!!!
Elora: Ugh! I HATE getting into these love arguments! Especially if it's a crazy dragon girl going up against me!...
Ember: Did you just call me crazy?! That's it, I'm burning you!
*She tries to burn Elora, but Elora dodges, climbs the castle to the roof, and leaves her on the ground*
Ember: Grr! When I learn how to fly, you are DEAD! Stay away from Spyro!
*She charges off into the distance*
Elora: Yeesh, what's her issue? I never even said I 'loved' Spyro. I only like him as a FRIEND!
*She gets back on the ground and dusts herself off. She than gets a memory of her and Spyro in Dragon Shores when they were in the Tunnel of Love. The time when Spyro missed his chance with her.*
Elora: Besides, I don't know if Spyro even feels that way about me.
*Meanwhile, Hunter was at the Breezebuilder ship in Zephyr to convene the Breezebuilder leader to stop fighting*
Hunter: Please, you must stop!
Breezebuilder leader: I cannot. These Land Blubbers have been terrorizing my sky for long enough!
Hunter: The reason why is because your kind has been terrorizing and eating them for so long. I talked to the Land Blubber leader. He said if you guys stop eating and terrorizing them, they'll make a treaty.
Breezebuilder leader: Hmm, tell them we will accept the treaty of peace if they stop polluting and terrorizing our sky.
Hunter: Will do. *He hurries back to Breeze Harbor and tells them*
*A couple days later, after negotiating agreements, the peace treaty finally came to be, and the war was over*
Spyro: YOU DID IT, HUNTER!
Hunter: Yes, I did.
Land Blubber: Oh, I forgot one thing. Here's the Ruby Bomb shards! *Gives the shards to Spyro, who fixes them*
Spyro: Thanks.
Breezebuilder: No. Thank you for finally stopping our war. Thanks to you, we can live in peace.
Spyro: Thank Hunter for that.
Hunter: It was nothing.
Bentley: What's the progress now?
Spyro: 10 down, 4 more to go!
Agent 9: WAHOO!
Sheila: In that case, let's go inside the castle for the last 4 talismans!
*They leave Zephyr and arrive at the entrance to the castle*
Syro: Let's go up the stairs!
Dr. Shemp: Not so fast! You must challenge ME first!
Spyro: YOU!
Dr. Shemp: Yes, me! Now are you gonna fight me, or what?!
Spyro: *Sigh* Fine.
*He batted Dr. Shemp and eventually defeated him*
Spyro: Gnasty, your minions are even more pathetic than Ripto's!
Sgt. Byrd: Let's go inside now.
Spyro: Yep!
*They climb the castle and get inside*
*Ripto and Gnasty hear the news about Spyro*

In this chapter, Spyro and his friends get involved in a war when they try to locate the Breeze Harbor and Zephyr talismans. Hunter tries to get them to stop the pointless war and get along while Spyro fixes the shards. Meanwhile, Elora meets Ember, who confuses her as 'another girlfriend for Spyro,' and starts claiming that Spyro is her future husband, making Elora annoyed. Dr. Shemp challenges Spyro to a battle once they reach the stairs to the castle, and Spyro beats him and enters.
Next chapter: After getting in the castle, Spyro and his friends go through Scorch and Fracture Hills to get the next 2 talismans, the "Emerald Scarab" and the "Bronze Flute."
